What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We hope this never happens, as we do quality control before dispatching any order. But in the unfortunate case please contact us  the same day you receive the package contact@lacruzjewelry.com to solve the problem as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped 2-3 business days after payment is made. This time may vary in extraordinary cases for reasons of the transport companies. The arrival times of each purchase depend 100% on the transport company and these may vary in some cases, since delivery times are estimated.

Currently shipments are made by ENVIA and COORDINADORA.
